OLYMPIC GAMES 2008 - Additional VISA Notification required

Due to the upcoming of 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing and political issues, China has changed his visa process. It becomes more and more strict. An additional Visa Notification issued by Ministry of Foreign Affairs in China is required for all the visa applicants. To obtain this notification, the following information has to be provided to HR department of H+S China with immediate effect:

1. Visitor's full name, job title, company's name

2. Arrival date (entry date) and duration of visit

3. Specific purpose of visit

4. Visitor's address and post code, fax number, telephone number

5. The scanned copy of your passport (first page with photo and personal information).

The regular processing time of visa notification is 2 ~ 3 working days.
