Experience in developing RF/ microwave passive components;
Experience in using RF simulation tools( ex: HFSS, CST)
Strong theoretical know-how on RF and microwave technologies;
Experience in confirming simulations results with real prototyping and measurements;

Technician (1) Location: Shanghai

Dept: Design Engineering

College graduate;
5+ years work experience as technician on production, testing in industrial field;
Experience in soldering, pressing, crimping processes;
Experience on mechanical and electrical parts;
Good command of PC skills (MS office & AUTOCAD);
Basic English skills.

Supply Chain Planner (1)Location: Shanghai

University degree;
5+ years experience in planning covering areas as production, material, procurement and forecasting;
Familiar with ERP/MRP system;
Good command of PC skills (MS office) and English(both in written & oral);
Knowledge of Logistic such as inventory control and transportation is preferable;
Good coordination and communication skill, customer service minded.

Maintenance Supervisor (1) Location: Shanghai

Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Electrical
7+ years working experiences in maintenance & at least 3 years experience as maintenance supervisor on mechanical, electrical industrial;
Experience in managing more than 5 people is preferred;
Experience in coaching mechanics and electricians;
Familiar with maintenance of production line and spare part;
Familiar with TPM and TPM implementation;
Certain level of hands on maintenance is preferred;
Good command of PC skills and English (both in written and oral).

Manufacuring Cost Specialist (1) Location: Shanghai

Bachelor degree
5+ years working experiences in manufacturing cost analysis in manufacturing company;
Experience with ERP system and associated cost calculation tools;
Good command of PC skills and English (both in written and oral).
Good ownership and team work spirit;
Good coordination and communication skill, customer service minded.

Plating Planner (1) Location: Shanghai

Bachelor degree
2+ years working experience in multinational company as Planner
Know well about production material planning;
Knowledge in BaaN system is an advantage
Good command of English and PC skills.

Cable System Production Engineer (2) Location: Shanghai

University degree in communication or electronics related;
2+ years of cable assembly harness process engineering;
Experience in developing cable assembly/system process documentation;
Experience if possible in railway industry/automobile industry
Familiar with ERP system
Good command of English & computer skill such as CAD, office, outlook, etc;

Manufacturing Quality Enginner (1) Location: Shanghai

Bachelor degree, major in Electronics or Mechanical;
3+ years relevant work experiences on quality control in manufacturing plant;
Experienced in assembly process production;
Experienced in dealing with process quality issue as well as customer complaints issue
Experienced in railway/automobile or electronic assembly industry is preferred
Familiar with quality tools such as PFMA, MSA, SPC etc.
Good command of PC skills and English

Cable System Technician (1) Location: Shanghai

High school graduate or above
2+ years work experience in equipment preventive maintenance;
At least 2 years experience in cable assembly or system;
Familiar with cable system or cable assembly process and related machine
Ability on solving quality problems
Good awareness of 5S
Good command of PC skills;
English is an advantage

Training Specialist (1) Location: Shanghai

Bachelor degree;
2+ years experience in HR training function in manufacturing company;
HRM certification is a must;
ISO9001/14001 internal auditor certification is preferred
Good PC skills such as excel, word, power point
Good English (both in written and oral)
